If you have a trial version of Office, you may need to uninstall it before installing Microsoft 365 ProPlus.

You can also run the Office Mobile Apps (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) on up to 5 mobile devices (on various platforms). You may run Office on up to 5 machines (Mac or PC).
I also had some internet interruptions on my initial download to my downloads folder and had a hard time opening the package because it did not download the full 2.6GB.
